Fuel Tank Measurement & Drilling

Engineers identify the geometric center of the tank, measure the internal depth, and prepare the mounting point. The LLS sensor probe is then cut to match the measured tank depth for accurate readings.

Empty and Full Sensor Calibration

Two reference points are captured to define the sensor's full measurement range. With the tank fully drained, the empty (zero-fuel) point is recorded, and once the tank is filled to capacity the full point is recorded — anchoring an accurate scale for every future reading.
