We deploy LLS fuel level sensors with a marine-specific installation layout to minimize errors caused by tilt, uneven fuel distribution and continuous vibrations.

  • Dual-LLS layout for tug boats: install two LLS sensors even on tanks under 120 cm to maintain accuracy in waves and current.
  • Precision fitment: drill 35 mm holes on tank top for each sensor, align, deburr and seal with gaskets to prevent leakage.
  • Marine-safe routing: waterproof cabling and corrosion protection per marine safety norms.
  • Calibration & testing: calibrate post-install and validate readings during sea trial runs.
