Use dipstick on WD615.334 engine: wipe, reinsert and check level.
Act if: below MIN, top up to spec. White foam in oil: stop machine immediately.
Check overflow reservoir on engine side before start.
Act if: below MIN, top up coolant mix. Brown or dirty coolant: plan flush.
With boom fully retracted and lowered on rest, check sight glass on 600 L hydraulic tank.
Act if: below visible range, top up. Milky white oil means water contamination: stop machine.
Check fuel gauge on 310 L tank and drain water from sediment bowl / separator.
Act if: below 1/4 tank, refuel before shift. Never run dry.
Walk full circle; check chassis, superstructure, hoses, joints and outrigger cylinders.

Run out deployable length and inspect 18 mm ropes for broken wires, kinks, birdcaging, corrosion and drum spooling.
Act if: removal criteria are met, diameter loss >5%, kink or corrosion: tag out, do not lift.
Inspect 60 t main hook and 4.5 t auxiliary hook for throat opening, latch spring-back and free rotation.
Act if: latch fails, throat is deformed or crack is visible: remove hook from service.
Extend all four H-outriggers, plus fifth jack if fitted. Check pad seating, level gauge and holding valve.
Act if: drift, unlevel ground or float not seated flat: reset before lifting.
Functionally test anti-two-block at boom head and verify LMI is powered/configured for current boom length.
