Act if: Indicator in red/alarm — clean primary element before starting. Do not run restricted.

Battery
Check terminal clamp tightness and electrolyte level. No corrosion on terminals.
Act if: Corroded terminal or low electrolyte — clean/top up. Engine may not start reliably.

Central Lubrication
Check grease reservoir level in central lubrication system. Top up if below half.
Act if: Grease empty — top up immediately. Dry lubrication causes rapid wear on kelly guide.

Main Winch Rope
Inspect Ø32mm rope for kinks, bird-caging, broken wires, crushing, or wear.
Act if: Any kinking, bird-caging, or broken wires — no operation. Replace before next shift.

Act if: Any active drip or pooling — identify source. Do not operate with active hydraulic leak.
