Complete before every shift. Tag and remove any damaged, malfunctioning or nonconforming machine from service.
Confirm manuals are present in the platform container and decals / serial labels are legible.
Act if: manuals or labels are missing; replace before use and select the correct serial-range manual.
With platform stowed and engine off, inspect sight gauge plus hoses, fittings, cylinders, manifolds and drive motors.
Act if: level changes, oil is outside range, or any leak is visible.
Check the dipstick with engine off and inspect the tray for oil leakage.
Act if: level is incorrect, oil grade is wrong or a leak is present.
Inspect and drain the D2011 fuel filter / water separator when required by the schedule.
Act if: water or leakage is found; drain or repair before operation.
Inspect 12 V battery, cables, terminals, hold-down, wiring, switches, sensors, alarms and horn.
Act if: terminals are loose/corroded or wiring is burnt, chafed, pinched or modified.
Inspect foam-filled RT tyres, wheels, lug fasteners, drive hubs and brake-release caps.
Act if: tyre/wheel damage, missing fasteners, hub leak or disengaged cap is found.
Check scissor arms, wear pads, slider blocks, pins, retainers, welds and safety arm.
Act if: a critical pin, retainer, pad or structural component is damaged or missing.
Inspect all four outrigger housings, cylinders, hoses, pins and footpads.
Act if: leaks, damage or interlock/indicator failure is found.

Test ground/platform Emergency Stop, raise/lower enable and descent alarm.
Act if: engine/functions do not stop or lift operates without enable.
Drive slowly both directions, return handle to neutral, test slope holding, steering response and horn.
Act if: direction, stopping response, brake holding or steering is incorrect.
Verify raised drive speed, deployment-height limits, tilt cutouts and drive disable conditions by serial.
Act if: any serial-matched limit, alarm, lift stop or drive cutout fails.
Auto-level on firm ground; all feet must contact firmly and indicators must turn green.
Act if: leveling, contact indication, interlocks or full-height lift availability is incorrect.
Raise about 0.6 m, stop engine with Emergency Stop and use auxiliary power to lower.
Act if: the platform does not lower using auxiliary power.
If the red error indicator illuminates, cycle the red Emergency Stop as directed.
Act if: the light remains red; tag and remove from service.
Park on a firm, level, hazard-free area; stow the platform, isolate power when required, chock safely if needed, and use the exact serial-range Genie manual before parts ordering or scheduled engine work.
